  • Design and implement Virtual Private Cloud VPC environments including compute, storage, database, networking, security, Direct Connect, etc. in the AWS ecosystem

  • Directly integrate with customer teams to provide technical expertise in both theory and delivery of solutions

  • Work with client facing application production environments

  • Prepare, document, and present solutions to current and prospective customers

Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Must have:

  • At least one of the following certifications: AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate or Professional

  • A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one

  • Ability to pass a criminal background and drug test

  • Reliable transportation

What you should really know/have:

  • At least five (5) proven years of experience working with design and implementation of systems and applications with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  • Experience Setting up administrator and service accounts and troubleshoot creates/updates and Maintains system documentation, interacts with users and evaluates vendor products, deep understanding of monitoring AWS instances and services

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform capabilities and best practices architectures, and engineering solutions within multiple Cloud accounts and services

  • Experience working in AWS via the CLI and management console. Knowledge and experience architecting and configuring Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs)

  • Experience working with administrator and service accounts and troubleshoot

We’ll be especially impressed if you have:

  • Additional AWS certifications or training
