Innovative Data Partners

Our prospects for growth continue to look very favorable. In April, we formed a Joint Venture (JV) with T-Rex Solutions, named Innovative Data Partners JV, LLC. Under this JV, we will bring together the experience of both companies under one umbrella entity that can bid on opportunities that are of interest to us all.

Our respective organizations will continue to grow with the new contracts we win by apportioning the work according to the terms of our JV. T-Rex can perform up to 60% of the contract value while Positive Psyche retains majority control. In May, we anticipate signing our first subcontract for Call Center Services.
